Description

Nigella oil is a vegetable oil obtained by cold pressing the seeds of Nigella sativa, also known as black cumin or nigella seed. It is used in traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. It is also used in cosmetology to moisturize and nourish the skin and hair. Black cumin oil is usually black or dark brown in color and has a characteristic smell.

Uses:

For skin and face: .This oil is often used to treat skin problems such as acne, eczema and redness, simply apply a few drops directly to the affected areas or add it to your moisturizer or facial mask

For hair and beard: to strengthen hair and nails, massage a few drops of oil onto the scalp or cuticles, once or twice a week.

For wellness: it can also be used to relieve symptoms of sinusitis, asthma and arthritis, simply add a tablespoon of black cumin oil to your smoothie or yoghurt.

Mix a tablespoon of nigella oil with a tablespoon of honey to make a chew, or add a tablespoon of nigella oil to your chicken or fish salad.

Store dry, away from heat and light.
