1 . Organic Lemon Essential Oil
In aromatherapy ,lemon essential oil can be used for its refreshing and purifying effect. It can be diffused into the air, added to a bath or used in massage. It is also frequently used to help improve concentration and mood..
In cooking,lemon essential oil can be used to add a delicate lemon flavour to various dishes, sauces and drinks. It is important to remember that the essential oil is very concentrated and should be used with care so as not to overload the food. It is often used in combination with other ingredients to add a touch of acidity or lemon flavour.
Massage: mix a few drops of clove essential oil with carrier oil for an invigorating massage.
2. Organic Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil
Inhalation:add a few drops of eucalyptus radiata oil to warm water in a bowl and inhale the vapours for 10 minutes. This can help clear the airways and relieve coughs.
Massage: add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a carrier oil (e.g. sweet almond oil) and use it to massage sore areas of the body to relieve pain.
Bath: add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to a warm bath to help relax muscles and improve breathing.
3. Organic Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Body massage oil: mix 5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil with 10 ml of vegetable oil of your choice.
Wellness bath: add 5 to 7 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil to your bath water.
Room diffuser: add 4 to 6 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil to your essential oil diffuser.
Skin cleanser: mix 2 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil with 10 ml of your favourite facial cleanser.
4. Organic Peppermint Oil
Inhalation: add a few drops of Rosemary Cineole essential oil to an aroma diffuser or a handkerchief for quick and easy inhalation.
Massage: add a few drops of Rosemary Cineole essential oil to a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil and massage into the skin.
Bath: add a few drops of Rosemary Cineole essential oil to bath water for a relaxing and revitalising bath.
5. Organic Peppermint Oil
Headache relief: add 3 drops of peppermint essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil) and massage gently onto the temples and neck.
Energy boost: add 2 drops of peppermint essential oil to an aroma diffuser to help wake you up and feel more energised.
Nausea relief: mix 2 drops of peppermint essential oil with a tablespoon of honey and take orally to relieve nausea.
Stress relief: add 3 drops of peppermint essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto the chest, neck and wrists to help relieve stress.
Muscle pain relief: add 4 drops of peppermint essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto sore areas to relieve muscle pain.
