Our trio of invigorating and stimulating oils is an aromatherapy essential:
1 . Organic Peppermint Essential Oil
Essential oil diffuser: add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to water in a diffuser to create a refreshing atmosphere.
Massage: mix a carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil) with a few drops of peppermint essential oil for a revitalizing massage.
Bath: add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to your bath water for a soothing and refreshing bath.
Skin cleanser: add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to your skin cleanser for a refreshing and energizing effect.
Inhalation: inhale peppermint essential oil directly to relieve headaches and nausea.
2. Organic Wild Rosemary Cineole Essential Oil
Inhalation: add a few drops of rosemary oil to warm water in a bowl, then breathe in the vapours for about 10 minutes.
Bath: add 5 to 10 drops of rosemary oil to your bath to relieve muscle tension and anxiety.
Massage: mix a few drops of rosemary oil with a vegetable oil (such as sweet almond oil) for a relaxing massage.
Diffuser: add a few drops of rosemary oil to an essential oil diffuser to create an invigorating atmosphere.
3. Organic Cypress Essential Oil
Massage for circulation: mix 5 drops of cypress oil with 10ml of carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil) and massage onto legs and feet.
Diffusion for a calming atmosphere: add 4-5 drops of cypress oil to a diffuser to create a calm and soothing atmosphere.
Inhalation for breathing: add 2-3 drops of cypress oil to hot water in a bowl and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes to improve breathing.
Bathing for relaxation: add 4-6 drops of cypress oil to your bath for a relaxing bath experience.
